Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Uwon Technology Sdn Bhd ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

Uwon Technology provides MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) software solutions, including but not limited to:

• MLM software development and customization
• Software licensing and hosting services
• Technical support and maintenance
• Consulting and implementation services

Use License

Subject to these Terms of Service, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our MLM software services for your business purposes in accordance with the terms of your service agreement.

User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when using our services
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services or servers

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and software code, are owned by Uwon Technology Sdn Bhd and are protected by Malaysian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally:

• Fees are due as specified in your service agreement
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with prior notice

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to:

• Perform scheduled maintenance
• Modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice
• Suspend services for violations of these terms

Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Uwon Technology Sdn Bhd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Non-payment of fees
• Any conduct that we believe is harmful to our business or other users

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
